We ship your order with DHL. With your personal tracking number, you can easily track the shipping status online at any time.

Your order will usually be processed and handed over to DHL within 1–3 business days.

The delivery time within Germany is approximately 2–4 working days.

Delivery to other EU countries may take a little longer depending on the region (approx. 5-12 working days).

Delivery times to non-EU countries may be delayed due to customs clearance – unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
