You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To initiate a return, please send us a short message including your order number at info@mediteramics.com.

For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a return shipping label. A flat return fee of €8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from other EU countries, we do not provide a return shipping label. In this case, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return shipment.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and carefully packed in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during return transit.

Please note: We only accept returns shipped via DHL.

To ensure your return arrives safely, please use the original packaging. This is the only way we can refund you the full purchase price without any hassle.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is currently not possible. However, you can always place a new order through our online shop – it's easy.

We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. If any of your items arrive damaged, we will, of course, take responsibility. Please be sure to report any visible damage to the packaging to the delivery person immediately.

Please send us a short message with your order number to info@mediteramics.com along with a photo of the damaged goods – this is the only way we can quickly assess the damage and send you a replacement.

To protect the environment and promote more conscious returns, we charge a return fee. The refund will be less this fee.

For returns within Germany we charge a flat rate of €8.00.
Returns from other European countries are your responsibility. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country.

If a delivery is refused without prior consultation, we will treat it as a regular return and charge a return fee of €10.00.

The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the undamaged return. We will refund the amount to the original payment method used.
